On Thursday, October 11th, 2018, there will be an evening 'Social' as part of the celebrations of 50 years of Bolton Ramblers. This will be held at Silverwell Hall (the old Masonic Hall), diagonally opposite the Friends' Meeting House, on Silverwell Street, Bolton. A supper will be provided and the group, the Travellin' Strings, will add to the entertainment and have promised to do a rendering of the 'Manchester Rambler'.

If anyone is in contact with former Ramblers who might like to come along and meet old friends and acquaintances, please make them aware of the event. There is disabled access to the Hall. We will also be asking people to dig out their photos/videos of rambles both past and present which they would be willing to share with others.

Tickets at £12.00 pp will be available from August and will be on sale on the coach rambles - so don't forget to bring your pennies!
