This Autumn/Winter we are offering another varied and attractive programme of local walks, with some new starting points. For the first time, we will be starting our walks from railway stations. New members are always welcome to join us. The walks are never strenuous or fast but sturdy footware is advisable. We are still advising walkers to keep a safe distance, bring a mask in case of medical emergency, and hand sanitiser for gates and stiles. No need to book just turn up.

If you have a favourite walk around Bolton, which you could share, please e-mail Lou at We are always looking for new ideas.
